Den Leaders, Scoutmasters (including Assistant Scoutmasters), AHG Unit leaders:

  • Add and remove children and parents
  • See the progress of the den/patrol/unit — without having to gather and sift through the handbooks looking for activities that have been completed at home
  • (Assistant Scoutmasters) Get a report of which scouts only need Scoutmaster conferences or Board of Reviews to complete a badge
  • Decide if parents are allowed to mark activities completed at home
  • Track den/patrol/unit dues
  • Enter previously earned badges
  • Promote dens/scouts to the next rank (only applies to Cub Scouts) at the end of the program year or on birthdays (for LDS-chartered packs), or girls to the next level (for AHG troops)
  • Send email messages to the parents in the den/patrol/unit

Parents

  • See the up-to-date status of their children's activities
  • Mark activities completed at home (if allowed by leaders)
  • Keep control of the handbook — especially important towards the end of the program year when all requirements need to be finished!
  • Switch between scouts easily (even between Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and AHG Girls!)

Boy Scouts (but not Cub Scouts)

  • Log in to see their progress. If the troop allows it, the scouts can also mark certain activities as planned/completed (some activities like Scoutmaster conferences and Board of reviews are restricted to Scoutmasters).

AHG Girls

  • Troop can be configured to allow girls at a particular level and higher to be able to login and see their progress
  • If the troop allows it, the girls that can login can also mark certain activities as planned/completed (some activities like Frontier badge leader signoffs and Board of reviews are restricted to Unit/Squad Leaders).
